By all indications our June Backgammon Tournament was a huge success.  Attendance increased by 50%.  Some contestants traveled from as far as Sarasota and North Port.  We also had our first female contestant, who threatened to come back again for the next tournament.  Everyone enjoyed the friendly competition and all are looking toward our next tournament (possibly mid-July).  By the way, the June Tournament winner was Al Morrone from North Port.  Congratulations, Al!
